We had around 1200 submissions this week, which is about equal to last week. Today we bring you more graffiti, more Rust, and more dirt for you to wallow in. Enjoy!
This hide shirt is a continuation of artist Cuntbucket's Celtic line of primitive clothing and accessories. Dark red leather (burlap?) crisscrossed with black leather straps and held together with metal studs. We like how the artist is focusing on the more humble clothing skins, which is all some players ever manage to produce :)
La Crampe really did a bang-up job with this coffee can mask, the latest in his Army series. There is fine detail everywhere, with stitching and a buckle in the leather straps, two strips of spiky metal studs, a perforated grill at chin level, and metal screws holding it all together. Excellent technical quality and quite Rusty, to boot.
Our second La Crampe skin pick of the week, this first aid box looks like it's seen recent use. Lots of bloody detail and very Rusty, our only quibble is the lock on the front lid. The last thing you want to see on a medical box while arterial blood squirts out of your wounds is a combo lock.
Zufick presents a beautiful box this week to brighten up your loot room, which is the place in the game you probably stare the most at. Decorated with rare woods and gems such as could turn Pharaohs green with envy , we're aware the box is a little well preserved for the game. Perhaps Zufick will bang it up a bit?
Second in Madroce's new line of Bounty skins, the reference image doesn't do this hoodie justice. Sharp details on both front and back give the appearance of light body armor strapped on with suspenders. The hoodie would make a good clan uniform, especially if you were selling revenge services to wronged players on your server.
Graffiti King Estavos delivers another awesome graffiti skin for us, this time in the form of a Mexican Dia De Los Muertos drug gang locker. When it's time for cartel thugs to head out for a High Noon shootout on a busy street or execute enemies in some gruesome and highly public manner, this locker is where they start their day.
The skin has good detail on back and front alike and is plenty Rusty. Hope to see it in the game!
We've become a bit of a connoiseeur on the subject of dirt in the last few months, and Robj has really hit the spot with this greasy submachine gun. Check out the dirt on the round knobs at the back of the gun and the base of the muzzle. The knobs have grooves in them, and this dirt looks oily and embedded in the grooves. Hard to pull that off convincingly.
Then you've got your rust. Rust on the spring mechanism in the middle of the gun, rust on the trigger, and rust in some of the screws. Given the name of this game is Rust, attention to these details is crucial. And appreciated. Good luck, Rob.
